• Reserving accommodation on the Internet does have certain advantages. It is immediate and saves banking charges from another country
• The global amount of the reservation will be debited directly
• Payment is made through credit card
• Payment on line by credit is, of course, secure and goes through a German institute who also requires several security measures from agencies going through them also
• If any fields appear highlighted in red during your transaction please check these fields as they are probably not filled in correctly
• The credit card number should be introduced without spaces or any signs in between figures
• The « cryptogramme » is the number of 3 figures on the back of the card
• If « ERROR: 6 Error in Sequence Number. Error in sequence number [while communicating with the CC company] » appears you must contact the bank that issued your credit card. This usually mean you have exceeded your credit limit and you must seek authorisation. Neither we, nor our data on- line supplier, nor our on- line transaction manager can intervene in this situation.

• The maximal number of people authorized in the contract must be respected.
• Only children under 12 months are not counted as extra people, any child over 12 months is counted as an extra person.

Are all included (heating, electricity, final cleaning) EXCEPT for the rental of sheets and towels (Fr. 25.- per bed) and tourist tax (Fr. 2.20 per night per child, Fr. 1.10 per night per child of 6 to 16 years of age).

These costs must be paid on the Thursday or Friday before your departure.

• Every chalet or apartment is unique and you need to be sure you have taken various aspects of the accommodation you reserve into account and make your choice accordingly (access to the lodgings, appliances available, any possible difficulties etc )
• If you are in any doubt please contact us immediately and we will advise you on what is best for you, as we are familiar with all our available accommodation.

Once you have made a reservation you have entered into a contract and should respect the conditions of the contract. No exchanges or lodgings will be possible unless there are availabilities and extra rental fees would be applicable.
