Arrivals

The keys of the chalet or apartment can be collected from our agency in the middle of Anzere, Route Nord 5, 100 m. to the right of the COOP supermarket.
Our opening hours are 9h00 to 12h00 and 14h30 to 18h00, Monday to Saturday and 15h00 to 18h00 on Sunday
Reception during opening hours
Receptions are always carried out in our office. We will supply you all the necessary information to make sure you have a nice stay and will answer all your questions about your rental or any other queries you may have concerning the resort.
Late Arrivals
  • Do not worry you can arrive at any time to collect your key. Inform us of your delay and we will leave a key of your lodgings at your disposal.
  • We usually leave a key in an envelope with a plan to situate your accommodation in the agency's letter box which is on the left of the entrance hall of the building.
Taking possession of your accommodation
  • We usually accompany you to your place of lodgings and give you some practical information and instructions on how things work.
  • If you have rented towels and bedding, you will find it in a cupboard in the apartment. If anything is missing that you might need, please do not hesitate to call and we will deliver what you need.
During your stay
Should you have a power cut, heating problem or electrical problems, please call us as soon as possible so that we can send you a technician.
End of stay
  • Any extra charges, (sheets, towels, tourist tax) must be settled at the agency on Thursday or Friday at the very latest, the evening before your departure.
  • The accommodation must be freed by 10 am on departure day, unless previously agreed if it is not rented again the same day.
  • The accommodation should be left in order (washing up done and put away, dustbins emptied and taken away and the daily cleaning done). We trust our clients and do not do a check.

We will carry out a final clean.
